What is the difference between Supima and Oversized T-shirts?

Supima T-shirts use lightweight 160 GSM Supima cotton and have a unisex regular fit. Oversized T-shirts use heavyweight 260 GSM terry-knit fabric with drop shoulders and a roomier oversized silhouette.

What fabric and GSM do you use?

Supima: 100% Supima cotton, 160 GSM. Oversized: 90% cotton and 10% polyester terry-knit, 260 GSM.

What is the difference between regular fit and oversized fit?

Regular fit follows a cleaner, more conventional silhouette. Oversized fit is intentionally roomier through the body and shoulders with a drop-shoulder construction.

What sizes are available?

Supima products are offered from XS to 5XL. Oversized products are offered from XS to 3XL. Individual product availability may vary.

How should I choose my size?

For Supima, choose your usual size for a regular fit or size up for a more relaxed fit. For Oversized, choose your usual size for the intended oversized fit or size down for a less roomy look. Always check the relevant product size chart before ordering.

Do products have different size charts?

Yes. Supima and Oversized products use different product-specific size charts. The product page and Size Guide identify the correct chart.

What is DTG printing?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing applies artwork directly to fabric for detailed graphics and expressive colour. Follow the Product Care instructions to help preserve the print.

Are any product images AI-generated?

Some model or lifestyle visuals may be digitally created using AI to demonstrate styling ideas. Product pages disclose this where applicable. Actual product colour, print placement and appearance may vary slightly from screen presentation.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping within India is currently free unless another charge is clearly shown at checkout.

How does Partial COD work?

Where Partial COD is available, the advance amount and remaining balance are shown at checkout. The advance is adjusted against the order total and is not an extra fee.

Is there a prepaid saving?

A prepaid promotional saving may be offered on eligible orders. Its exact amount and eligibility are shown in the cart or at checkout and may vary by offer, cart value, quantity or product. It does not apply to Partial COD unless expressly shown at checkout. Clearance items follow the payment options and amounts displayed at checkout.

Are standard products made to order?

Normal Supima and Oversized products are generally printed after order confirmation, then quality-checked, packed and dispatched.

Is Clearance ready stock?

The current Trekking Turtle clearance item is a ready-stock warehouse-returned piece rather than a newly printed standard order. It has Beige XL only and no planned restock.

Can I cancel an order?

Standard made-to-order products may be cancelled before printing or production begins. Clearance cancellation depends on whether its fulfilment/dispatch processing has started. Contact us as soon as possible; eligibility is verified against order status.

Can I exchange the size?

Eligible size-exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days. Supima original sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL are eligible; XS, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL are not. Oversized original sizes XS, S, M, L and XL are eligible; 2XL and 3XL are not. Trekking Turtle Clearance is final sale and is not eligible for return or size exchange for fit, preference or change of mind. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claims remain protected.

What if my order is damaged, incorrect or missing an item?

Contact us within 7 calendar days with your order details and clear evidence. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products remain eligible for the remedies in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy regardless of normal size-exchange eligibility.
