Refund policy
Vaelom products are made on demand. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but eligible size exchanges and remedies for verified damaged, defective or incorrect products are available.
SEVEN-DAY WINDOW
All return, exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the courier-marked delivery date.
ONE-TIME SIZE EXCHANGE
A wrong size selected by the customer may qualify for one exchange to another size of the same design, subject to availability. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact and no stains, odour, damage, pet hair or signs of use. The customer bears reverse-pickup and reshipping charges.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM
A free replacement or refund may be approved when an item arrived damaged, has a material manufacturing or DTG-print defect, differs from the confirmed product, design, colour or size, or a confirmed item is missing.
Provide the order number, issue description, full-product and close-up photographs, and images of the packaging and shipping label. Additional reasonable evidence may be requested.
RESOLUTION
An approved claim may receive a free replacement, refund of the affected item or another agreed resolution. A refund is appropriate where replacement is unavailable, cannot reasonably be fulfilled, a replacement also has a verified defect, the shipment is confirmed lost, or applicable law requires it.
NOT ELIGIBLE
Change of mind, personal preference, a customer-selected wrong design, colour or product, items that have been worn or washed, customer-caused damage, late requests or delivery refusal without a verified issue are not ordinarily eligible.
PROCESS AND REFUNDS
Contact Vaelom before returning an item and wait for instructions. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid refunds return to the original payment method where possible. COD refunds may require valid UPI or bank details. The ₹149 Partial COD advance is included in an eligible full refund.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
