VAELOM does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or a customer-selected wrong product, colour, design or non-exchangeable size. Limited one-time size exchange is available only for the original sizes listed below. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products remain eligible for the remedies stated in this policy regardless of size.

Contact VAELOM within 7 calendar days of the courier-marked delivery date. Requests submitted after this period are not ordinarily eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Size-exchange eligibility
Supima regular-fit T-shirts (160 GSM)
- Exchange eligible original sizes: S, M, L, XL and 2XL.
- Not eligible for size exchange: XS, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL.
Terry oversized T-shirts (260 GSM)
- Exchange eligible original sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL.
- Not eligible for size exchange: 2XL and 3XL.
Eligibility is based on the size originally ordered and returned. An eligible item may be exchanged once for another available size of the same design and colour. Customers should check the relevant product-specific size chart before ordering.
Conditions for an eligible size exchange
- The request must be made within the stated 7-day window.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its tags and original packaging intact.
- The item must have no stains, odour, damage, pet hair or other signs of use.
- The requested replacement size must be available.
- The customer bears the communicated reverse-pickup and reshipping charges for a customer-selected size exchange.
- Only one size exchange is permitted per eligible item.
Clearance Sale — Final Sale
Trekking Turtle Clearance is final sale: no return or size exchange is available for size, fit, preference or change of mind. The product is offered only in Beige XL and has no alternate-size inventory or planned restock. This final-sale condition does not remove remedies for a verified damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product. Contact VAELOM within 7 calendar days of delivery with order details and clear evidence; an appropriate replacement, refund or other lawful resolution will be provided where the claim is verified.
Returns and refunds
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, fit preference, or a customer-selected wrong design, colour, product or non-exchangeable size.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product
If an item arrives damaged, has a material manufacturing or DTG-print defect, differs from the confirmed product, design, colour or size, or a confirmed item is missing, contact us within the request window. This protection applies to every size, including sizes that are not eligible for customer-selected size exchange.
Provide the order number, a description of the issue, clear full-product and close-up photographs, and images of the packaging and shipping label. We may request reasonable additional evidence. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Resolution for a verified issue
Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may receive a free replacement, refund for the affected item or another mutually agreed lawful resolution. A refund may be provided when a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, a replacement also has a verified defect, the shipment is confirmed lost, or applicable law requires it.
Not eligible
Change of mind, personal preference, customer-selected wrong design, colour or product, customer-selected wrong size outside the exchange rules above, worn or washed items, customer-caused damage, late requests, or delivery refusal without a verified product issue are not ordinarily eligible.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval and any required inspection. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; COD refunds may require valid UPI or bank details.
