These Terms govern use of the VAELOM website and purchase of VAELOM products. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and the referenced policies.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting to order independently. A minor may use the site only under parent or lawful guardian supervision and consent. Do not commit fraud, place intentionally undeliverable orders, misuse payments, bypass security, scrape content, impersonate others or infringe intellectual property.
Products and product lines
VAELOM currently offers 160 GSM Supima cotton regular-fit graphic T-shirts and 260 GSM terry-knit oversized graphic T-shirts. Standard products are generally printed after order confirmation. Clearance items may be ready-stock products that already physically exist and can follow a separate fulfilment workflow.
Review the product description, colour, fit and product-specific Size Guide before ordering. Some model or lifestyle images may be digitally created using AI for presentation. Screens, photography and individual printing can create minor non-material variations. Material defects remain covered by the applicable policy and law.
Price, promotions and orders
Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices can differ by item, including clearance products. Taxes and charges are shown on the site or checkout. Promotions may have conditions and expiry. Material pricing errors may be corrected; customers may be contacted, offered an alternative or refunded and will not be charged extra without agreement. An acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance.
Payment and Partial COD
Payments are handled through checkout providers including Razorpay and other authorised providers. Where displayed and applicable, full prepaid payment may receive a promotional saving. For Partial COD, the advance and remaining balance are shown at checkout. Product prices, payment amounts and promotional savings may change, and the amounts applicable to an order are those displayed in the cart and at checkout at the time of purchase.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
The Shipping, Cancellation, and Return, Exchange & Refund policies form part of these Terms. Standard made-to-order products may be cancelled before printing or production begins. Clearance cancellation is assessed against the actual fulfilment or dispatch status. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, and eligible exchange or defect claims must be submitted within the applicable request window.
Intellectual property
VAELOM names, logos, artwork, images, text, slogans and related content are owned by or licensed to Tech Havira Private Limited. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Unauthorised copying or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Third parties, availability and liability
Shopify, Razorpay, Qikink, couriers and other parties have independent practices. Website availability is not guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, liability concerning an order is ordinarily limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer rights or other non-excludable liability.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Contact us first for resolution. Unresolved matters may be brought before a court, tribunal or consumer commission with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing restricts statutory consumer remedies.
