Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vaelom currently delivers within India to serviceable PIN codes.

Made-to-order processing

Products are printed after order confirmation, quality-checked, packed and generally dispatched within 2-4 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

Estimated delivery

  • Most serviceable locations: 5-10 business days from confirmation.
  • Remote or limited-service locations: up to 15 business days.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Sales, festivals, weather, courier disruption, strikes or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delay.

Shipping charges and tracking

Standard shipping within India is currently free unless another charge is clearly shown at checkout. Tracking is sent after dispatch and may take 24-48 hours to update.

Partial COD

For a ₹999 order, ₹99 is paid at checkout and ₹900 at delivery. The advance is adjusted against the total and is not an extra fee.

Address and failed delivery

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and active phone number. If delivery fails due to refusal, unavailability, non-payment of the COD balance or incorrect information, the parcel may be returned to origin. Reshipping charges may apply and the Partial COD advance may be retained toward production and logistics costs, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or missing delivery

Refuse a visibly open, damaged or tampered package where possible and contact us. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not received, check with household members, neighbours, security or reception and inform Vaelom within 48 hours.
