VAELOM accepts payment methods made available at checkout through Razorpay and other authorised providers.
Prepaid payments
Available options may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets or other methods supported by the checkout provider. Availability can vary by bank, device, product or transaction.
Prepaid incentive and Partial COD
Where available, full prepaid payment may receive a promotional saving. The exact saving, eligibility and final payable amount are shown in the cart or at checkout and may vary by offer, cart value, product quantity or other promotion terms. Where Partial COD is available, the advance amount and remaining balance are shown at checkout; the advance is adjusted against the order total and is not an extra fee. Prepaid incentives do not apply to Partial COD unless expressly shown at checkout.
Clearance products follow the payment methods, discount eligibility and remaining balance actually shown at checkout. No separate clearance payment calculation is promised unless the checkout applies it.
Partial COD advance
The Partial COD advance shown at checkout is adjusted against the order total and is not an extra fee. If an eligible cancellation is approved before the applicable cancellation window closes, paid amounts including the Partial COD advance are refunded in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Confirmation and failed payments
An order is processed only after the required payment or Partial COD advance is successfully received and the order passes verification. If money is debited but checkout shows failure, the bank or provider may reverse it automatically. Contact us with the transaction reference if the reversal does not occur within the stated banking timeline.
Delivery refusal
After the applicable production, fulfilment or dispatch cancellation window has closed, refusal, unavailability, non-payment of the delivery balance or inaccurate address details does not qualify as a cancellation or refund by itself. The parcel may be returned to origin and additional reshipping charges may apply.
Payment security
VAELOM never asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password. Refund eligibility follows our Cancellation and Return, Exchange & Refund policies.
