Vaelom accepts payment methods made available at checkout through Razorpay and other authorised providers.
Prepaid payments
Available options may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets or other methods supported by Razorpay at checkout. Availability may vary by bank, device or transaction.
Same price for prepaid and Partial COD
The confirmed selling price is the same whether the customer pays fully online or selects Partial COD. No separate prepaid discount is currently offered. A displayed promotional sale price applies to both eligible payment modes unless another condition is clearly disclosed before checkout.
Partial COD
For a ₹999 order, the customer pays ₹99 online at checkout and ₹900 to the courier representative at delivery. The ₹99 is adjusted against the order total and is not an extra fee.
Confirmation and failed payments
An order is processed only after the required payment or Partial COD advance is successfully received and the order passes verification. If money is debited but checkout shows failure, the bank or provider may reverse it automatically. Contact us with the transaction reference if the reversal does not occur within the stated banking timeline.
COD refusal
Refusal, unavailability or inaccurate address details may result in return to origin. The ₹99 advance may be retained toward production and logistics costs, subject to applicable law.
Payment security
Vaelom never asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password. Refund eligibility follows our Cancellation and Return, Exchange & Refund policies.
